Direct award up to €100,000 possible
Since 1 January 2025, municipalities in Baden-Württemberg may award supplies and services up to €100,000 net informally and directly (until 1 October 2027). A software project within this range can therefore be commissioned directly, without a lengthy tender – fast and unbureaucratic. Note: this is not legal advice; the applicable procurement rules and internal thresholds are decisive.
