Yes, TFLIT takes part in tenders and procurement procedures. I am reachable on the relevant procurement platforms and provide the usual eligibility proof: references from university and municipal projects, information on technical and professional capability, and the required declarations and evidence. As a solo practice, the paths are short: I answer questions during the procedure directly, without detours through sales or a project office. For many projects, however, a formal procedure is not even necessary: municipalities in Baden-Württemberg can currently award contracts up to €100,000 net directly. Smaller digitalization projects in particular can start much faster this way. Whether direct award or tender: an early conversation about the need is worthwhile in any case, so the service description becomes realistic and comparable. Privacy is considered from the start, not added afterwards. Concretely, that means a data-minimizing architecture that only collects what the purpose requires, EU hosting on request, encryption, access control and traceable documentation of the processing. As soon as I have access to personal data during operation or support, we sign a data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR with the associated technical and organizational measures. Public bodies often bring additional requirements, such as coordination with official data protection officers or rules on data residency. I clarify such requirements early in the project so they are properly reflected in the architecture and contracts instead of causing delays later. Documents for your data protection review, for example on the infrastructure used and on sub-processors, are available on request. Feel free to involve your data protection officer early on.

Yes, there are references from university and municipal projects. They include PraktiMatch, a platform for Esslingen University that brings students and internship placements together, and a digitalization project for a municipality in Baden-Württemberg. Both projects show what matters in the public sector: multiple stakeholders, clear formal requirements, and data protection and accessibility as fixed components rather than afterthoughts. For tender procedures and suitability checks I provide documented references with contact persons and project descriptions; out of consideration for the clients I do not publish every detail openly on the web. Public bodies are obliged to provide digital accessibility under BITV 2.0; since 28 June 2025 the German Accessibility Improvement Act (BFSG) additionally covers many private-sector websites, shops and apps. For municipalities, universities and authorities this means: websites and specialist applications must be perceivable, operable, understandable and robust, including an accessibility statement and a feedback channel. In implementation terms that includes semantic HTML, keyboard operability, sufficient contrast and screen reader compatibility.
